Welcome to Beauty Factory Bentleigh. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or visiting our salon.

1. Appointments and cancellations

  • Appointments can be made in person, by phone, or online (if available).

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Late arrivals may shorten your service time, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

2. Payment

  • Payments for services must be made in full at the time of your appointment.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods specified at the salon. We do not accept checks.

  • Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the rate in effect at the time of your appointment.

3. Refunds and returns

  • We strive to provide the highest quality services, and client satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

  • Refunds are not provided for services already rendered, but we may offer to redo the service to ensure satisfaction.

  • Products purchased at our salon may be returned within 7 days if they are unused and in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt.

4. Health and safety

  • For your safety and the safety of our staff, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before receiving services.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may be unsafe for you or our staff.

  • We adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all clients.

5. Personal belongings

  • We recommend that you keep your personal belongings with you at all times. Beauty Factory is not responsible for lost or stolen items during your visit.

6. Conduct

  • We ask all clients to behave respectfully toward our staff and other guests. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the service and refusal of future bookings.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

7. Privacy

  • We collect and store personal information to provide and manage services effectively. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is used and protected.

8. Changes to services and policies

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service or product offered at our salon without notice.

  • We may update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or at the salon, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of these changes.

9. Liability

  • Beauty Factory is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from services provided, except where required by law. By using our services, you agree to waive any claims against the salon and its employees for any damages or losses.
